AI 介入管理有两种办法：辅助和替代。「辅助」意味着 AI 提供信息，人来做判断。经理看到友好度数据下降，然后去观察、去了解原因——也许是排班不合理，也许是某个员工家里出了状况，也许是某个时段的顾客投诉确实多了。数据是起点，不是终点。
